Privacy Notice
How Mission Support handles the personal data you provide when requesting the Training Catalogue or making a consulting or equipment enquiry through this website.
1. Who is responsible
The controller for personal data collected through this website is Mission Support, Alexanderveld 5, 2585 DB The Hague, Netherlands. Privacy enquiries: info@cbrn-missionsupport.com.
2. What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the information you enter: your name, organisation, role or position, country, official email address, sector, the type of enquiry, and the description of your intended use or requirement. Our form service also records the date and time of submission, your IP address, and the country it resolves to, for security and abuse prevention.
We do not collect any personal data from visitors who only browse the site. The site does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics scripts.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry — assessing whether the Training Catalogue, a consulting engagement or equipment is appropriate for your organisation, and replying to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To qualify institutional requests — the Training Catalogue is provided only to qualified organisations, so we review the organisation, role and official email address you provide. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in controlling distribution of specialist training material (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To protect the site and our systems — spam and abuse prevention using the technical data described above. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell or rent it.
4. Who receives it
- Mission Support staff responsible for training, consulting and equipment enquiries, in the Netherlands and Bulgaria.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which operates the form-processing and email-delivery service used to transmit your submission to us. Cloudflare processes data under its standard data processing terms, including EU standard contractual clauses for any transfer outside the EEA.
- Google LLC — the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends its IP address to Google when a page loads. No form data is shared with Google.
- Email providers used by Mission Support to receive and store correspondence.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so that we can follow up on your requirement. Where an enquiry leads to a working relationship, the data becomes part of that client record and is kept for the duration of the relationship and any statutory retention period that applies afterwards.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive the data you provided in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@cbrn-missionsupport.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
7. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.
8. Changes
We may update this notice when the site or our processing changes. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
