A pocket-sized continuous air monitor worn by the worker: it samples the air actually breathed and calculates the committed effective dose from inhaled alpha- and beta-active aerosols in real time. There is no comparable portable instrument — internal exposure is otherwise assessed only by fixed whole-body counters.

Directional detection in a pocket instrument is otherwise found only in far larger identifiers.

A fleet of four 6-metre unmanned catamarans, each with integrated quadcopters and a 100-metre electromechanical winch for sensors and samplers, operating as a coordinated group for environmental monitoring, hydrology, search and rescue and border protection. Routes adapt to weather and currents; on-board neural networks search for people, vessels and drifting or underwater objects.
