Why Gated

Why the Catalogue Is Not Published Openly

MSB's Training Catalogue contains programme-level detail appropriate for institutional CBRN professionals — the depth of content, methodology descriptions, and assessment frameworks that a training director or operational commander would need to evaluate fit with their requirements. This level of specificity is not appropriate for open publication.

The request process also serves as a first step in the working relationship between MSB and a prospective client organisation. Understanding who is requesting the catalogue, in what organisational context, and with what training objective allows MSB to ensure the catalogue is relevant and to flag any tailored programme options that may not be obvious from the standard catalogue content.

This is not a friction barrier — it is an appropriate qualification step for specialist Tier-1 training at the government and defence level.
