Advice Grounded in Operational Realism
Made-to-order consulting across all areas of CBRN threat mitigation. Our consultants turn decades of field, inspection and instructional experience into assessments, exercise design, curricula and laboratory planning — practical work for organisations that have to act on it.

How We Work
One Operation, Not Three Businesses
Consulting at Mission Support is done by the same people who instruct courses and engineer equipment. An assessment can therefore lead directly to a curriculum, an exercise, or a specification — without a hand-off to a separate team that has never stood in a hot zone.
Engagements are made to order. We do not sell frameworks; we scope the problem with the client, deliver the work in a form their staff can use, and, where useful, embed the result in training so that it outlasts the report.
STEP 01
Scope
Mandate, threat picture, existing capability and constraints — established with the client before any work is proposed.
STEP 02
Deliver
Assessment, design or plan produced by senior practitioners, with technical support during implementation.
STEP 03
Embed
Where appropriate, results are carried into training programmes and equipment selection so the capability holds.
