CBRN
Specialist
Training

A Niche Tier-1 centre delivering specialist CBRN instruction across all four threat domains — Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear — from foundational awareness through certified live-agent specialisation at approved European facilities. Backed by consulting, and by the detection, monitoring and unmanned systems we design and build ourselves.

Capabilities

Three Ways We Support CBRN Readiness

We train the people, advise the organisations, and build the equipment. Training remains the core of what we do: from operator courses to live-agent programmes and WMD non-proliferation curricula. Consulting turns that experience into assessments, exercise design and laboratory planning. And because our instructors and engineers have spent decades in the field — including the Chernobyl clean-up — we also design and manufacture the detection, monitoring and unmanned systems we teach with. Every product is developed for a specific operational need, tested by our own staff, and used in our own courses.

Training Structure

Four Progressive Levels of Competence

MSB training follows a structured progression from foundational awareness through specialist live-agent instruction — each level building verifiable competence for the next.

LEVEL 01

Awareness

Foundational CBRN literacy for personnel who may encounter or operate near CBRN hazards. Recognition, personal protection basics, and immediate response actions.

LEVEL 02

Basic

Structured operational knowledge for teams requiring reliable CBRN response capability. Threat identification, PPE use, decontamination procedures, and team coordination.

LEVEL 03

Advanced

In-depth technical training for specialists. Detection and identification systems, sampling, incident command, mass-casualty protocols, and cross-agency coordination.

LEVEL 04

Specialized

Expert-level programmes including live-agent training at certified European facilities. Conducted within internationally accepted Occupational Exposure Limits.

In the Field

Scenario-Based and Field Training

Classroom theory is the starting point. Competence is built and assessed in the field — in protective equipment, on decontamination lines, and in mass-casualty and industrial-incident scenarios run under time pressure.

Methodology

Six phases, from theory to live agent

Theory, tabletop exercises, scenario-based and field training lead to live-agent instruction, continuous assessment and certification.

Domains

CBRN Capability Areas

Training spans all four CBRN domains and the broader HazMat spectrum — each area treated with the same technical rigour and doctrine alignment.

Chemical

Chemical agent detection and identification, decontamination, medical countermeasures, and protective equipment for CW scenarios.

Biological

Biological threat recognition, biosafety protocols, outbreak response, public health interface, and biodefence planning.

Radiological

Radiological survey techniques, dose assessment, contamination control, emergency response procedures, and radiation protection.

Nuclear

Nuclear facility safety, RDD/IND response frameworks, post-detonation operations, and nuclear incident command procedures.

Every product is developed for a specific operational need, tested by our own staff, and used in our own courses.
